of your application and to set up an interview.

Resumes should contain your phone number, local
address, and email address. All information should be up
to date.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL) AND YOUR
UTEID
• Interactive Degree Audit OR Transcript
(Unofficial acceptable)
IDAs can be obtained by UNDERGRADS ONLY using the
following site: http://www.utexas.edu/student/registrar/ida/
The IDA should be several pages long and include information
concerning the semester in which you are seeking the internship.
Graduate students can submit a CV or unofficial transcript.
• Letter of intent
Letters of intent should address the desired position(s)
and any qualifications you might have. The letter is your chance
to introduce yourself to those who will interview you and should
be articulate, direct, and engaging. Your contact information
should also be included.

“STUDENT NAME: DESIRED CREW POSITION, INTERNSHIP
SUBMISSION.”
For example; JOE SMITH: EDITORIAL INTERN, INTERNSHIP SUBMISSION.
Please clearly label all of your digital materials
with your name.
