Note: Once you have completed your submission materials you will receive a confirmation email to verify receipt of your application and to set up an interview.

WHAT TO SUBMIT:

3 Application Materials - Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
• Current resume
Resumes should contain your phone number, local address, and email address. All information should be up to date.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL) AND YOUR UTEID
• Interactive Degree Audit OR Transcript (Unofficial acceptable)
IDAs can be obtained by UNDERGRADS ONLY using the following site:   http://www.utexas.edu/student/registrar/ida/

The IDA should be several pages long and include information concerning the semester in which you are seeking the internship.

Graduate students can submit a CV or unofficial transcript.
• Letter of intent
Letters of intent should address the desired position(s) and any qualifications you might have. The letter is your chance to introduce yourself to those who will interview you and should be articulate, direct, and engaging. Your contact information should also be included.

All materials should be submitted VIA EMAIL with a subject line labeled:
“STUDENT NAME: DESIRED CREW POSITION, INTERNSHIP SUBMISSION.”

For example; JOE SMITH: EDITORIAL INTERN, INTERNSHIP SUBMISSION.
Please clearly label all of your digital materials with your name.
